On December 5, 2026, in Koper, Slovenia, we'll gather at the final event to announce Europe's finest honeys and celebrate the creativity of beekeepers.

requirements
The honey must meet strict criteria:
• ≤ 18.6% water content,
• HMF (hydroxymethylfurfural) ≤ 15 mg/kg,
• authenticity (no added sugars),
• compliance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 37/2010 regarding acaricides.
For all samples, we will verify the basic parameters, while the top three honeys in each category will undergo additional analyses for authenticity and safety.
You will receive analytical reports, and the highest awards will be granted only to authentic honeys with exceptional sensory characteristics in their category.
